CovidRxExchange is an independent global nonprofit dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals through evidence-based medicine, ethical guidance, and collaborative tools — enabling physicians to cut through medical misinformation, shape healthcare policy, and strengthen frontline care wherever it is needed most. Founded in March 2020, CovidRxExchange is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowering and enabling physicians across the globe to advance evidence-based practice and improve patient care — free from pharmaceutical and government influence.

No. We do not charge clinicians or institutions for access to our shared knowledge and clinical deliberations. Access remains free as a matter of principle — always has been, always will be.
No. We are a space for rigorous clinical deliberation, not a guideline-issuing body. Our work supports physician reasoning; it does not substitute for formal clinical governance structures.
It is not externally funded — by design. The exchange is sustained entirely by the voluntary commitment of contributing physicians. No grants, no sponsorships, no institutional money.
