These Terms govern your use of the CovidRxExchange platform — a global, physician-led, 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating free from pharmaceutical and governmental influence since April 2020.
CovidRxExchange (CRX) is a United States registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
operating a global, physician-led platform dedicated to evidence-based medical education,
healthcare professional empowerment, and clinical knowledge exchange.
CRX has operated continuously since April 2020 without accepting external funding of
any kind, maintaining complete independence from governmental, pharmaceutical,
and commercial interests.

By accessing or using the CovidRxExchange website, platform, or any associated services — including registering for events, webinars, or programs — you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
About CovidRxExchange
CRX is a US registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating a global, physician-led platform dedicated to evidence-based medical education and clinical knowledge exchange, free from external funding since April 2020.
Ethical Independence Covenant
No compensation is paid to any panelist, expert, or contributor. No affiliation with governmental agencies or the pharmaceutical industry is accepted. No funding has been sought or accepted since inception in April 2020.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

Platform Access
General Visitors
The Platform is accessible to any person globally for informational and educational purposes. No registration is required for general browsing.
Open Access →Healthcare Professionals
Certain sections — including clinical guidance, case conference archives, and professional development resources — are intended for qualified healthcare professionals with appropriate licensure and clinical judgment.
Clinical Sections →Event & Webinar Registrants
Individuals registering for CRX events and webinars must be 18 years of age or older. Certain events are designated exclusively for healthcare professionals; others are open to the general public.
Events Access →Governance Faculty & Contributors
Governance Executives, Academic Council members, volunteers, and contributors participate subject to their respective onboarding agreements and the CRX Ethical Independence Covenant. All participation is voluntary and uncompensated.

Webinars
Registration for events is completed through the CRX website. By registering, you provide accurate personal and professional information. CRX reserves the right to manage capacity and may close registrations once a session limit is reached.
CRX events and webinars are routinely recorded for educational, archival, and outreach purposes. By registering and attending, you acknowledge sessions may be recorded (audio and/or video). Recordings may be shared publicly as part of CRX's educational mission.
CRX may modify, postpone, or cancel any event due to speaker unavailability, technical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances. Registered participants will be notified by email as early as possible.
Where a CRX event is offered with CME or CPD credit hours, this will be explicitly stated in the event description. CRX does not guarantee acceptance of certificates by any licensing body. Participants are responsible for verifying requirements in their own jurisdiction.

Code of Conduct
CRX events are professional, evidence-based, and ethically independent forums. All participants agree to the following standards:
Engage respectfully with all participants, faculty, moderators, and speakers at all times during CRX events and on platform communications.
Ground clinical contributions in evidence and acknowledge uncertainty where it exists. Disclose any relevant conflicts of interest before contributing to clinical discussions.
Protect patient confidentiality absolutely — never share identifiable patient information in any CRX session, forum, or communication channel.
Comply with the platform-specific conduct guidelines of the digital tool hosting the event. CRX reserves the right to remove any participant for violation of this Code of Conduct.
The following are strictly prohibited at all CRX events and on the platform: promotion of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or commercial services; sharing unverified or scientifically unsupported clinical claims; harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct of any kind; unauthorized recording, screen-capture, or redistribution of session content; sharing session access links with unregistered individuals.

Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or a substitute for professional medical judgment. The clinical judgment of the treating physician is always primary.
Evidence Currency
Clinical guidance, case discussions, and research summaries reflect evidence available at the time of publication and are subject to revision as science evolves. Content reflects individual clinicians' views only.
No Endorsement
CRX does not endorse any pharmaceutical product, medical device, or commercial service referenced during events or on the Platform. Epidemiological data are educational and do not replace official public health guidance.
No Clinical Liability
CRX is not responsible for clinical outcomes arising from any participant's application of event content to patient care. CRX is not a licensed medical provider, hospital, clinic, or healthcare delivery service.
Communications, IP
& Liability
Newsletters & Communications
CRX may send newsletters, program announcements, event invitations, and educational content by email. Subscription is always optional and based on your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time. CRX does not send promotional marketing on behalf of any third party.

All original content on the Platform — including presentations, webinar recordings, clinical summaries, publications, educational modules, and branding — is the intellectual property of CovidRxExchange or its contributing authors, protected under applicable copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own professional education only. Reproducing, redistributing, or republishing content for commercial purposes; recording sessions independently; or using CRX branding to imply endorsement are all prohibited without prior written consent.
You may unsubscribe from any CRX communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting charmi.brimon@raanangroupus.com. CRX does not send promotional or commercial marketing on behalf of any third party.
No. CRX has operated continuously since April 2020 without accepting external funding of any kind. No grants, no sponsorships, no institutional money — ever. This is not a policy, it is our identity.
